人情势利古犹今，

Note:
Xunde, together with his brothers,Zhang Fei and Guan Yu, rescued the The Impetial Corps Commander Dong Zhuo in a battle against the reble army led by Zhang Jiue, and then send him back to his camp. Dong Zhuo inquired what offices they held, but, upon hearing that they were commoners without position, disdainfully refused to acknowledge their service. The three brothers started to leave the camp while Zhang Fei grumblimg: "Is that how the wretch treats us for risking our llives to save him?" The poem is a discription of Zhang Fei's grumble, revealing that he is bent on revenge against the the ingrate.
