倘因本契约涉讼者，双方同意以台湾台北地方法院为第一审管辖法院，但不得排除消费者保护法第四十七条或民事诉讼法第二十八条第二项、第四百三十六条之九小额诉讼管辖法院之适用。
If litigation arises out of this contract, the
parties agree that Taiwan Taipei District Court be the court of
jurisdiction for the first instance. However, the application of
Article 47 of Consumer Protection Act or Paragraph 2, Article 28 or
Article 436-9 of the Code of Civil Procedure on small claim court
may not be excluded.
