每个成员均须认缴银行的股本。认缴初始法定股本时，实缴股本与待缴股本之间的比例应为2：8。依照第五十八条规定获得成员资格的国家，其初始认缴股份数按本协定附件一执行。
Each member shall subscribe to shares of the capital stock of the Bank. Each subscription to the original authorized capital stock shall be for paid-in shares and callable shares in the proportion two (2) to eight (8). The initial number of shares available to be subscribed by countries which become members in accordance with Article 58 shall be that set forth in Schedule A. 4.
