In the case of loans made or
participated in or loans guaranteed by the Bank, the contract shall
establish, in conformity with the operating principles set forth in
Article 13 and subject to the other provisions of this Agreement,
the terms and conditions for the loan or the guarantee concerned.
In setting such terms and conditions, the Bank shall take fully
into account the need to safeguard its income and financial
position.
银行在发放、参与或担保贷款时，应依照本协定第十三条规定的业务原则及本协定其他条款的规定，订立合同明确该贷款或担保的条件。在制定上述条件时，银行应充分考虑保障银行收益和财务状况的需要。
