“Technical
Documents” means the data and the information specified in Appendix
1 hereto, such as engineering, manufacturing and original
information relating to the manufacture and maintenance of the
Contract Products, including drawings, blueprints, design sheets,
material specifications, photographs, photostats and general data,
and design and their specifications relating to manufacturing
equipment, tools and facilities. Provided that the above-mentioned

B and applicable to the business operation of Party A under this
Contract.
