桂之树，
桂之树，
桂生一何丽佳。
扬朱华而翠叶，
流芳布天涯。
上有栖鸾；
下有盘螭。
桂之树，
得道之真人咸来会讲仙。
教尔服食日精。
要道甚省不烦，
淡泊无为自然。
乘蹻万里之外，
去留随意所欲存。
高高上际于众外，
下下乃穷极地天。

O cassia tree,

How beautiful, how elegant you grow,
With dense flowers and lush leaves;
Your fragrance to the skyline does flow.
A magic bird on top,
A dragon down below.
O cassia tree,
Those who have the Word will all come to preach;
How to eat a rainbow they will teach.
That lessons will not be too hard to learn:
Make no ado and back to nature turn.
With the magic, you may go a long way;
You can go away, or just somewhere stay.
Up, up you can fly above to the sky;
Down, down, go where as you like, far or nigh.
