当须吕布骑。
吾闻果下马，
羁策任蛮儿。

A Chitu steed was set aside
Only for the fighting heroes.
A pony, I know, was let to be
Reined and whipped by the Tatar foes. 

Translator's Note:
        Chitu: or Red Hare was the horse owned by Lü Bu, a mighty warrior in the late Eastern Han Dynasty(25--220AD). It was described as very powerful, and capable of "galloping across cities and leaping over moats".
