秉此威百蛮。
历刀不见贵，
杂糅刀刃间。

Priceless jade comes from a boulder;
Precious swords come from an abyss.
His Majesty presides at court
And frightens barbarians like this.
The sharp blade not treated as dear
Is mixed with mean ones as it is.
